Hi. Ask me how to do anything in your CRM: leads, pipelines, calendars, texting clients back, automations, reviews. I can't see your account data, but I can walk you through any of it.

FAQs

The questions that come up most. Anything not here, ask the assistant above.

A new lead just came in. What should I do first?
Call them, then text, inside five minutes. That single habit moves the needle more than anything else we do on the ads side. Open Conversations, find them at the top of the list, and reply there so the whole thread stays in one place. If they don't pick up, move them to your No Answer stage and the follow-up automation takes over from there.
Where do I see every lead my ads brought in?
Go to Contacts and filter by source, or open Opportunities to see them laid out by pipeline stage. Opportunities is usually the more useful view day to day, because it shows you who is actually moving and who has gone quiet.
How do I move someone through my pipeline?
In Opportunities, drag their card from one stage to the next. Keep the stages honest: they drive your follow-up automations and they are what your reporting is built on. A pipeline nobody updates makes the numbers meaningless.
Someone booked but never showed. What now?
Move the opportunity to your No Show stage rather than deleting it. That keeps them in follow-up instead of quietly vanishing, and it keeps your booked-to-show rate accurate so we can tell whether the problem is lead quality or the booking process.
Why did my customer get a text I didn't send?
That will be one of your automations. Open Automation and look at the workflow they are enrolled in. The usual cause is someone being manually contacted while still sitting in an automated stage, so they get both. Move a contact out of the automated stage once you have spoken to them.
How do I get more Google reviews?
Use Reputation to send a review request by text with your direct review link. Timing beats wording: send it once the job is done and they are happy, not days later. A small incentive helps, and so does asking once by text rather than three times by email.
Can I run all of this from my phone?
Yes. The LeadConnector mobile app gives you conversations, contacts, calendars and your pipeline, and it will push-notify you the moment a lead comes in. Most owners answer leads from the app and only use the desktop for reporting and setup.
How do I set up or change my calendar?
Go to Calendars, pick the calendar, and edit your availability, slot length and buffer. Connect your personal Google or Outlook calendar too, otherwise the system cannot see when you are already busy and will double-book you.
How do I know if my ads are actually working?
Lead count on its own tells you very little. What matters is cost per lead, how many of those leads booked, and how many closed. That is the whole point of keeping your pipeline current. Devin reviews this with you monthly and sends a walkthrough video, so if something looks off between reviews, book a call.
Something is broken and I need a person.
Submit a ticket. It goes straight to Devin's phone, and whatever you already asked the assistant comes along with it so you are not repeating yourself. If it is easier to talk it through, book a call instead.
